Church of Saint Antonius – St. Anton, Austria

StAnton_Austria2Church on Dorfstrasse – the Church of Saint Antonius

St Anton is a village in Tyrol, located in western Austria, with a population of about 2,500.  The area is known for it’s ski season, which gets quite lively during that time of year.  We visited in the Fall when there was still a briskness to the air, but lots of sunshine.

  • My father was born in St. Anton in 1905. His father’s name was Josef Wolfshorndl. I am looking for any information of church records.
