Photo of the Day – The Great Wall of China in the Fall

 

The Great Wall of China is a beautiful site anytime, but in the fall when it is framed by lovely foliage changing colors it takes on a whole new look.  We spent a day at this area of the wall making our way up to the tower – it is much farther than it looks!  At the top we were rewarded with a stunning view, not to mention a much needed rest!
